Custom and personalized orders

Now we can offer you personalized suspenders. We will engrave the FIRST LETTER(ONLY ONE) of a given name on the leather triangle of a chosen women or men suspender. Please contact us to talk about the details.
You can't return custom made products.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do care about packaging and aesthetics.
Each product is packed in paper box decorated with colorful papers and sticker.
You will also receive from Baboshka a handwritten postcard.
Please let us know if you want to add a special note to your order, we will do it for you for free.

Care instructions

Suspenders as well as necklaces have to be cleaned dry

Processing Time

Each of our product has it's own processing time. It's usually 3-5 buisness days. Processing time is the number of days we need to prepare your order. Everything we create in our shop is absolutely 100% handmade, so it takes time to make an item. We are NOT ABLE to send our products ASAP. Please place your order in advance so you can get it on time.

STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders are send via REGISTERED MAIL, in this case tracking the order is impossible.

To have the tracking option available choose GLOBAL EXPRESS as shipping method.


Please be aware that in the case of REGISTERED MAIL a signature can be required.

So in a case you can't go to your PO, when you will receive the peach notice from USPS , read the fine print on the side, sign it in the space provided and instruct USPS to deliver to your mailbox. Then place the peach notice back in the mailbox for their carrier to pick up. The package will be delivered the next day.
